About Pricing

This document serves as a reference for understanding the pricing model, platform rates, and balance policies for Authyo services.

1. Pricing Plans

Authyo currently offers four subscription plans:

Free (never expire)

Starter

Pro

Enterprise

Each plan is available in both Monthly and Yearly billing cycles.

2. Billing and Wallet Balance Structure

For Monthly Plans, the amount paid is credited as wallet balance.

Example: If a user subscribes to the Starter plan at ₹999/month, they will receive ₹999 as wallet balance valid for one month.

For Yearly Plans, you only pay for 10 months but get 12 months of service.

Example: The Starter yearly plan costs ₹9990 (₹999 × 10), but you’ll get 11988 as wallet balance to use for the full year.

Note: “Margin” on WhatsApp indicates markup over base pricing. Lower margin = better rate for customer.

4. Currency Support

Authyo supports payments in two currencies:

INR (₹)

USD ($)

Users can choose their preferred currency at checkout.

5. Validity & Downgrade Policy

Upon purchasing a plan (e.g., Starter ₹999/month), users receive equal wallet balance with a 1-month validity.

After the validity period ends, any unused wallet balance will expire (lapse).

If the user does not renew their plan, their account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.

6. Package Upgrade Policy

When you upgrade your plan before it expires, the unused balance from your current plan will be added to your Top-Up Balance.

How it works (with example):

Suppose you bought the ₹999 Monthly Plan on April 1st.

On April 20th, you decide to upgrade to the ₹1999 Monthly Plan.

Your original plan is valid for 30 days, so the daily value is:
₹999 ÷ 30 = ₹33.30 per day

You have 10 days left, so:
₹33.30 × 10 = ₹333

This ₹333 will be added to your Top-Up Balance, which never expires.

This way, your remaining balance is not wasted and you can use it anytime later.

7. Balance Types

Authyo maintains two types of balances:

a) Wallet Balance

Comes included with the plan.

Expires with the end of the plan’s validity.

Cannot be carried forward or extended.

b) Top-Up Balance

Manually added by the customer.

Does not expire.

Can be used any time, regardless of plan status.
